Thank you for shopping with Earth, Love and Light Candles! We’re dedicated to handcrafting every product with care, love, and intention. Please review our shipping policy to know what to expect when ordering from our Shopify store.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed if any delays occur.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within Canada only.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the items purchased.

Heat-Sensitive Products
Some of our items, like candles and wax melts, are sensitive to heat. During warmer seasons, we may adjust shipping schedules or limit certain delivery options to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not currently ship internationally Just Canada wide shipping.
- Expedited shipping may not be available for P.O. Boxes or remote areas.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Include your order number and any relevant photos if applicable.
