All Sales Are Final

At Earth Love and Light Candles, we are committed to providing high-quality, hand-poured candles made with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Broken Items

We take great care in packaging your order securely, but on rare occasions, items may arrive damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund for the affected product.

To process a claim for a damaged item, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product(s) and original packaging.
  2. Email us at hello@earthloveandlightcandles.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • The photos of the damage

Once we review and verify the damage, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged item(s) only.
