Running a successful business requires dedication, accountability, and a strong work ethic. As CEO and Warehouse Manager, my role combines leadership with hands-on operations to ensure our team, systems, and daily processes run smoothly.
As CEO, I focus on guiding the company with integrity, reliability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. I believe leadership means being present, staying accountable, and setting the tone for the entire team.
Alongside executive leadership, I also oversee warehouse operations to stay connected to the core of the business—making sure every order is handled with care and efficiency. My responsibilities include managing shipping and receiving, overseeing order fulfillment, monitoring website orders, and maintaining organized inventory.
I believe in leading by example and working alongside the team when needed. Every order we ship represents our commitment to quality service, and ensuring customers receive their products quickly and accurately remains a top priority.
